Cheryl
Hanback is the owner and principal of Cheryl Hanback Consulting.
Cheryl Hanback Consulting is part of a virtual network of independent
consultants providing a full range of consulting services to
nonprofit and private sector organizations serving the Greater
Kansas City and Lawrence areas.
Cheryl Hanback consulting specializes in web design, technology
planning and data collection. Cheryl Hanback has helped many
nonprofit organizations, both large and small, through the process
of planning and implementing technology.
After serving as Manager of Information Services at Reproduction
Systems, Inc., Cheryl spent over 10 years at the Center for
Management Assistance directing their internal technology as
well as developing the technology consulting area and community
technology programs. During her tenure as Director of Information
Services at The Center for Management Assistance, she developed
the Technology Assistance Program, computer application training
programs and produced the Y2K Survival Guide for Nonprofits.
Ms. Hanback has served on many nonprofit technology committees
including, Community Resource Network Technology Committee,
Coalition for Community Collaborations TOGETHERNET, and the
Rockefeller Fund's Circuit Riders strategic planning committee.
She was also the recipient of the 2000 President's Award - Greater
Kansas City Council on Philanthropy and the Swimming Up Stream
Award from the Circuit Rider Community.
Ms. Hanback received her Masters of Science in
Instructional Technology from Emporia State University
and holds her undergraduate degree from Park University,
Parkville, MO where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
