Family Life Education-
Offering education and support to individuals and families throughout the lifecycle.
New Mom’s Connection- Bring your baby and join other new moms on the same journey to share the joys and concerns of new motherhood. Learn strategies for the challenges of raising a new baby, understand what is normal for a baby, gain insights to raise a Jewish baby, and learn about resources that the Jewish community has to offer. Parenting a Preschooler-
BLING- An educational program addressing the challenges a young girl faces. Topics include; poor self-esteem, eating disorders, negative body image, managing peer relationships, and communication difficulties with parents. For more information contact Mary Beth Blackwell at 913/327-8298
Making marriage work- A seminar for Jewish couples recently married, engaged, or even contemplating marriage. Topics covered in the seminar include: love and commitment, communication, conflict resolution, sexuality, children and family planning, money management, and Judaism.
